Each Saturday at SFNJ it takes over 20 volunteers to operate the skatepark smoothly. Without the commitment of our faithful volunteers, the skatepark would not be possible.

These are the departments and needs.

 Ramp Movers

    [10 people needed each Saturday]

   SET UP  - starts at 9am

       needs:    1 forklift driver (over 18)

                      2 people on pallette jacks

                      2 people making minor adjustments

   CLEAN UP  - starts at 6pm

       needs:    1 forklift driver (over 18)

                      2 people on pallette jacks

                      2 people dropping ramps into place for storage

   [aprox. 10 people needed each Saturday]

   SET UP  - starts at 10:30am

       needs:    2 - 3 people setting up tables, tents and signs

                     2 - 3 people moving beverages and food

   OPERATION  - starts at 11:30am and ends at 5:30pm

       needs:    2 - 3 behind the concession stand, merch table and first aid

                     1  adult on the grill flipping burgers and dogs

       needs:    2 - 3 people cleaning up tables, tents and signs

                     2 - 3 people moving beverages and food

   STARTS AT 11:30am

        needs:    2 - 3 people to make sure each skater and/or parent has signed a waiver and recieves a                       raffle ticket and a wrist band.
   ENDS at 5:30pm
